What is Goldrick?
Goldrick is an artist led studio creating original artwork, handmade candles and thoughtfully crafted pieces inspired by nature, slow living and everyday beauty.
Why do you make products in small batches?
Small batch production allows us to focus on craftsmanship, reduce waste and create pieces with care rather than mass-producing products.

Are your paintings original?
Yes. Original artworks are one of a kind pieces created by hand.
Do you offer commissions?
Selected commission opportunities may be available throughout the year. Please contact us to discuss your ideas.
Why do handmade pieces vary slightly?
Natural materials and handmade processes mean no two pieces are exactly alike. Small variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
Candles
What makes beeswax candles special?
Our beeswax candles are made using natural beeswax and cotton wicks. They burn with a warm glow and a subtle honey scent and are handcrafted in small batches.
Why are some candle styles unavailable?
Many of our candles are made in limited runs throughout the year. Once a batch sells out, it may not return until the next production run.
Orders & Shipping
How will my order arrive?
We are proud to use completely plastic free packaging. All of our packaging can be recycled, re-used or composted. We also include packaging information and recycling advice in every parcel.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Ireland, the UK and selected international destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing and delivery times vary depending on your location and the products ordered. Current shipping information can be found at checkout.
Returns
How long do I have to return an item?
We can exchange or refund items if they are returned to us within 28 days of receipt.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on cosmetics, unless the item is faulty. If you’re unsure about a scent or product, feel free to get in touch before placing your order, we’re always happy to help!
My parcel was damaged, what shall I do?
If you've received your order and something has been damaged during delivery please let us know right away.
Please email us with details of your delivery, what's damaged and a photo if possible and we will arrange replacements or a refund, depending on the situation and what you'd prefer.
We request that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Wholesale & Stockists
Do you work with stockists?
Yes. We are always interested in hearing from shops and businesses that share our values and aesthetic. Please complete a new stockist application form.
Can I place a wholesale order?
We offer wholesale on selected collections. Please contact us for more information.
Do you create candles for weddings, events or corporate gifting?
Yes. We can often accommodate larger orders depending on availability and lead times.
